Das ist ein C-Falter, Polygonia c-album. Auf der Unterseite jedes Hinterflügels ist ein kleines, weißes c (im Bild gut zu sehen)!

Beautiful portrait. This is a very difficult identification problem. The question mark has a particular little spot on the forewing; the comma does not. I see a faint spot there, maybe too faint to be called a spot. Both species live in your area.

You got it right, this is a Comma Butterfly. Thank you. The points of the wings on the question mark are more pointy and the coloration is more orange. This is one of my old photos of a question mark:
