The disappearing natural scenery.

I walked along Campground Rd. north from 29 Mile Rd. to 32 Mile Rd. This stretch has been a "Natural Beauty Road" for many years. There is a sign at the north end of the road that tells the public this. I normally don't like driving on gravel roads, but once a year at the turn of the colors I spend an hour getting out of my car every few minutes to drink in the beautiful scenery. Most land along this stretch is slowly being sold off to developers and builders. The mansions being built here show a lot of money is moving into this area and the loss of natural scenes like this one will be gone in just a few years.
