This week our challenge is: "Anything Glass in Black and White".
This is a glass dish which I think is an ashtray, but has never been used as such. I'm always fascinated by the effects that can be created using the dish, and have experimented with it before for the weekend challenges.

Today's challenge: Negative or inverted photography. This entails reversing the colours of your image. I usually find inversion photos to be so unreal with horrible colours. The best choice of subject for me is something that is fairly abstract to begin with. I chose an ice puddle.

Your image will need to feature the color RED. Post processing is up to you this week.
The image is a close-up of the outer cover of a book by Mrs.Beeton - 'All about cookery' (see PiP). So I cooked the book using polar co-ordinates.

A beautiful but chilly day at Attingham Park. Normally there are folks sitting here enjoying the sunshine. One of the few times I have seen it like this.
