Dear members and friends of ipernity!

1) Exactly one year ago, on 23rd of February, 2017, the prefecture of Val-de-Marne issued the founding deed (as of 20.02.2017) to the ASSOCIATION DES MEMBRES D'IPERNITY. Since then, twelve busy months have passed, in which ipernity successfully has been rescued and the essential restructuring has been started. Without your support, that would not have been possible. We thank you for that.

2) Shortly after the takeover in September 2017, we had found an innovative team of young programmers who were ready to assist us in the maintenance and further development of ipernity. It is the Qwellcode GmbH (Salzkotten, Germany): www.qwellcode.de

3) In January, after having payed the last legacy debts from the asset deal, we were able to commission Qwellcode to familiarize themselves with ipernity's software and database. At the very first Qwellcode will take care of security issues (https:) and the implementation of a new payment service (as a replacement for Skrill).

4) In parallel, Qwellcode has already started the programming of the our new homepage. You can look through the links below to see the current developer's version. (Attention! This is no test version! Some things are not yet working or not the way we want it to. We only would like to deliver some insight to you. You can use the F5 key to change the image background as a test.)

Chers membres et amis d'ipernity,

1) Il y a exactement un an, le 23 février 2017, la préfecture du Val-de-Marne a délivré l'acte fondateur de l'ASSOCIATION DES MEMBRES D'IPERNITY (en date du 20/02/2017). Depuis, douze mois d'activité intense se sont écoulés, au cours desquels ipernity a pu être sauvé et la restructuration indispensable a commencé. Sans votre soutien, cela n'eût pas été possible. Nous tenons à vous en remercier.

2) Peu après la prise de contrôle en septembre 2017 nous avons trouvé une équipe innovante de jeunes programmeurs prêts à nous aider dans la maintenance et le développement du site. Il s'agit de la société Qwellcode GmbH (Salzkotten, Allemagne) : www.qwellcode.de

3) En janvier, après avoir remboursé les dernières dettes héritées du rachat des actifs d'ipernity, nous avons confié à Qwellcode le soin de se familiariser avec le logiciel et la base de données d'ipernity. Qwellcode s'occupera en priorité des problèmes de sécurité (https) et de la mise en place d'un nouveau service de paiement (en remplacement de Skrill).

4) En parallèle Qwellcode a commencé la programmation de notre nouvelle page d'accueil. Vous pouvez visualiser la version actuelle en cours de développement en suivant les liens ci-dessous (Attention, c'est une version de test ! Certaines fonctions sont inactives ou ne se comportent pas encore comme nous le souhaitons. Nous voulons simplement vous montrer un aperçu. Liebe Mitglieder und Freunde von ipernity!

1) Vor genau einem Jahr, am 23. Februar 2017, hat die Präfektur Val-de-Marne der ASSOCIATION DES MEMBRES D'IPERNITY die Gründungsurkunde (zum 20.02.2017) ausgestellt. Seitdem sind zwölf arbeitsreiche Monate vergangen, in denen ipernity erfolgreich gerettet und die notwendige Sanierung begonnen wurde. Ohne eure Unterstützung wäre das nicht möglich gewesen. Dafür bedanken wir uns.

2) Schon kurz nach der Übernahme im September hatten wir ein innovatives Team junger Programmierer gefunden, das bereit war, uns bei der Instandhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von ipernity zu unterstützen. Es handelt sich um die Qwellcode GmbH (Salzkotten, Deutschland): www.qwellcode.de

3) Nachdem im Januar die letzten Altschulden aus der Übernahme bezahlt worden sind, konnten wir Qwellcode beauftragen, sich mit der Software und der Datenbank von ipernity vertraut zu machen. Qwellcode wird sich zu allererst um Sicherheitsbelange (https:) und die Implementierung eines neuen Bezahlservices (als Ersatz für Skrill) kümmern.

4) Parallel hat Qwellcode aber auch schon mit der Programmierung der neuen Startseite begonnen. Über die unten angegebenen Links könnt ihr euch in der aktuellen Entwicklerversion umschauen. (Achtung! Dies ist noch keine Test-Version! Manches funktioniert noch nicht, oder anders als gewünscht. Wir möchen euch mit dieser Information lediglich am Entwicklungsfortschritt teilhaben lassen. Mit der Taste F5 könnt ihr testweise den Bildhintergrund wechseln.)
