After the gain the pain. Three days of gardening shifting furniture and the big climb took it's toll as I knew it would. Last night the niggles started getting steadily worse. This morning a full on back attack hasn't happened but care is needed today so no strolling to town and certainly no work in the garden. Why do I do these things when I know they will hurt? well the alternative is giving in and I don't give in easily. I enjoy the days like yesterday and will carry on doing so long as this old bag of bones lets me.
It was strange not talking to Jenny again, she listens to me list the aches and pains then gives me earache for doing to much, while still being supportive,it is only a couple or three days since her voice deserted but it seems longer. While I am left here talking to two demented cats Jenny is tucked up snug on her sofa eating ice cream and sucking Fisherman's Friends, very selfish I call that.

Jenny needs to be fit enough to watch TV today, her Sport Formula one from Bahrain today.
As for asking us why you keep doing things that you know will hurt - you're a man - nuff said. LOL
Sorry to see Jenny has a bad voice, hope she feels better soon.
