the organ case came from another church, maybe in the city, and seems late c18, with the crown over two mitres as pinnacles. the walls and ceiling were painted by j.a.reeve in 1902-14 with figures from the apocalypse, what remains indicates the theme was a sort of doom. in the corner can be seen death on a pale horse, with angels on the other compartments.
