Looks like the black rabbit that turned up here this time last year has survived after all. I figured when I first saw it that it was someone's escaped pet, and that looking like that it wouldn't last in the wild for more than a couple of days - around here, even cats and small dogs don't last long due to wild predators. This guy must be the luckiest rabbit in the world.
