30s exposure with the d100IR, experimenting with long exposures. ISO400 turns out to be a little grainy, hence the much-reduced image size

Believe it or not, this was taken at about 11:30pm, in near total darkness, as an experiment with the shutter settings on my then-two-week-old camera. The wisps of steam over the factory or power plant in the distance were glowing ghosts to the naked eye.
