This image has been cut down from a 35mm format photo, in order to create the banner for the new Tugs group.

This was among the family albums and loose photos I inherited. I have no idea of its relevance to the family or exactly what is being depicted. The flag might suggest a national or military celebration. Despite the prevalence of boaters, from their clothing, the group appears to be quite mixed in status, possibly a company or works outing.
