haven't seen one in many months.. had to be so patient... this one flitted from shrub to shrub.. since it moved faster than I.. just stayed put and waited for it to return.. (c) All Rights Reserved

not sure, perhaps a Swallowtail .. they are all over the yard.. flitting here and there... but... have a camera ready & where are they? gone ! the Lantana is the favorite this season...

on the power lines behind my home.. he didn't mind posing while singing.. an enjoyable concert ! other than buying another lens for my camera (if that is possible), if any of you have suggestions for capturing more detail... please.. let me know.. but, the KISS method must be used..Keep It Simple Sheeba)
