..while anticipating the arrival of new friends ..I sat in the parking lot taking photos, of course ..this was taken from across the lawn, down the bank, to the far side of the lake ..cars pass on the road above ..the beginining ..the middle ..the end ..calls for another meet to shoot; have coffee; stop for lunch & then shoot some more ..thank you both for a most wonderful day !!!! © All rights reserved

Parmesan crusted egglplant served with grilled shrimp.. Gorgonzola cheese.. & tomato chutney ( with just enough kick to it! )... Leftovers heated up in saute' pan.... oh, marvelous! There is a stack of generous-sliced eggplant.. 3 or 4.. If you live where there is a Harry's Seafood Bar & Grill and you like eggplant... this is a keeper!
