Spotted this spider in my lilac tree this morning.........in the process of wrapping up his lunch......a juicy wasp! Better viewed large. In the PiP there is a shot of an adjacent web.

I spotted this old house brick on top of a storage bin in my garden and saw the tiny pieces of moss growing on it (only a few millimetres tall). Some pieces had spider's webs too, which I didn't notice until I got the photos on my computer. I took the brick indoors and took several photos. I had to be quick before my wife realised what I was doing on the table top (to be fair, the brick was a bit dirty). :-))) There are three more views in the PiPs, if you have time to look. Spotted this in my garden yesterday evening. The web has been made between a pair of plant support poles. No sign of the spider though, but I reckon it must be a beginner at spinning a web..........or maybe it was drunk or on drugs :-))) Please view large for best effect. Thanks for looking.
