A proper treat for you this evening........my apologies to anyone who's browsing whilst eating :-)). The name Spanish Slug is a misnomer - there is no actual evidence that this lovely creature came to this country from Spain. It is definitely considered an invasive species though and it was first recorded in England in 1954. Best viewed large on black, but I'll understand if you'd rather not :-))
