Karen's Place's photos with the keyword: Francie Japanese Repros

This is one of my very favorite JE fashions. I think the style is so unique so I asked artist Mauro Marchetti to make this for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find this fabric at my local fabric store for the job. Some kind of fabric angels must have made it possible because it looks almost identical to the original fabric from back in the 1960s. I am so thrilled at the result! I just don't think it could be any better than this.

Japanese Exclusive Reproduction is made of Matelasse silk with marabou trim, topped with a felt hat and the coolest little silver purse! Backdrop is from "Visions of Paradise" by Marina Schinz.
