d. Monday 26th July 2010, aged about 11. Not sure of his exact age as he was a rescue cat and supposed to be around 6 yrs old when I got him in Jan 2005. Last photo of him taken on Saturday night.

The only portrait of Edward VIII (well, there wasn't much time was there?) hangs in the annex to the courtroom on HQS Wellington, the floating livery hall of the Honourable Company of Master Mariners . The royal family borrowed it in order to have a copy made and there is some question as to whether it was the original or the copy that was returned...
