That was indeed in Cannes, French Riviera, one week ago... It snows in Cannes every... ten years in average. This here means all the (numerous) retired guys come queuing in the supermarket to prepare reserves of oil and sugar (thus indeed creating a shortage!), even though all melted the day after ;-)
