DO NOT PROCESS to make your original shot abstract. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is a tradition in the village of Mühlberg in Thüringen. Every year at Whitsun the young men of the village throw bunches of flowers in a pond which has been formed by an underground spring. So that the flowers don't float up they are tied to heavy stones. The idea of all this is that the water should never dry out and in the new year the young men should find a woman for the rest of their life. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Es gibt eine Tradition im kleinen Dorf Mühlberg in Thüringen. Jedes Jahr zu Pfingsten versenken die jungen Männer des Dorfes Blumensträuße im "Spring". Der "Spring" ist eine wundersame Quelle, die unterirdisch entsprungen, einen kleinen Teich füllt. Damit die Blumensträuße unter Wasser bleiben, werden sie an Wackersteine gebunden. Die Tradition soll dafür sorgen, daß der "Spring" nie versiegen möge - und die jungen Männer im neuen Jahr endlich die "Frau fürs Leben" finden ....
