Saturday Self Challenge (Oct. 06, 2018): diagonal -------------------- hier: Detail aus der "Kapelle der Versöhnung" auf dem Gelände der Mauer-Gedenkstätte Bernauer Straße. (s. auch PiPs) An gleicher Stelle stand bis 1985 die evangelische Versöhnungs-Kirche. Sie wurde gesprengt, weil sie genau im Niemandsland zwischen Vorder- und Hinterlandmauer stand. Detail of "Chapel of reconsilitation" on the area of the Berlin Wall Memorial. Exactly at this place before was an protestantic church, destroyed in 1985. Because it was placed on the wrong position (between both parts of the Berlin Wall).
