Much to my delight, a friend sent me a bunch of magazine clippings that are perfect for making into postcards for my friends who love horror 'n' splatter 'n' such. This one has a hilarious title at the bottom: "Pre-op Frankenstein Girl." =smile=

Cut-&-paste collage on a business-size envelope, front (above) & back (below). I made 4 in all for a swap partner who likes horror, darkness, usw . (The others were about birds: crows/ravens , black swan & peacock .) Vampire bat & caption from a 1960s children's natural history book. Round buttons & cemetery monument from wackystuff's fabulous stream . Bone & lithotomy tool from an old surgical textbook. Splat & skull rubber stamps from Meer Image. "Carpe Noctem" rubber stamp from Gorey Details. Plus stickers from Gama-Go, and my own Pisceana artistamp. I don't know the artists for the splendid long-nailed creature or the baby with chain saw, because they were magazine clippings given to me by another swap partner. If you do, please tell me, so I can give them credit!
