2nd PODIUM WINNER, CWP "Like a painting" JANUARY 2020 J'étais ravie de trouver ce champ de coquelicots, situé dans le sud de la France. Mais en tant qu'amateur de Claude Monet, j'ai pensé tout de suite au célèbre "Champ de coquelicots près de Vétheuil" de 1879 (voir PiP), bien que Vétheuil soit complètement opposé, à proximité de la Normandie. I was delighted to find this poppy field, situated in the south of France. But as a Claude-Monet-lover I thought at once to the famous "Poppy field near Vetheuil" of 1879 (see PiP), although Vetheuil is completely opposed, near Normandy. However, I think there is a similarity...

3rd PODIUM WINNER, CWP DECEMBER 2020 Lindau’s harbour entrance draws visitors from far and wide. The Bavarian Lion and the New Lighthouse stand majestically against the impressive backdrop of the Alps and Lake Constance. Moment magique avant la tombée de la nuit. L'entrée du port de Lindau attire des visiteurs de tous horizons. Le lion bavarois et le nouveau phare se dressent majestueusement devant l'impressionnant décor des Alpes et du lac de Constance.

The wrecks of the former fishing boats "L'Angelus" and "L'Etacq" have been stranded in Portbail harbor for decades and are a photographic attraction. In fact, the misery of their sad end of life contrasts with the photogenicity of their colorful and weather-worn planks... CLÔTURE POURRIE. Les épaves des anciens bateaux de pêche "L'Angélus" et "L'Etacq" échouées dans le havre de Portbail depuis des décennies constituent une attraction photographique. En effet, la misère de leur triste fin de vie contraste avec la photogénie de ses planches colorées et usées par les intempéries... MORSCHER ZAUN. Die seit Jahrzehnten im natürlichen Hafen von Portbail gestrandeten Wracks der ehemaligen Fischerboote "L’Angelus" und "L’Etacq" sind eine fotografische Attraktion. Tatsächlich kontrastiert das Elend ihres traurigen Lebensendes mit der Fotogenität ihrer farbigen und vom Wetter verwitterten Planken... 1st PLACE - WINNER IN CWP DECEMBER 2022

2nd PODIUM WINNER, CWP OCTOBER 2020 ... drone view of the ruins of Bois-Thibault Castle. In the PiP you can see the castle when you stand in front of it. De toute urgence besoin de toiture... Vue de drone sur les ruines du Château de Bois-Thibault. Sur le PiP vous le voyez depuis le "plancher des vaches". Dringend Dach benötigt... Drohnenansicht der Ruinen der Burg von Bois-Thibault. Im PiP sieht man die Burg, wenn man gerade vor ihr steht.

2nd PODIUM WINNER, CWP JUNE 2024 Le "Pont Vieux" date du 13ème siècle, c'est le plus ancien pont de la ville . Il est resté le seul pont de Laval jusqu'à la construction du "Pont Neuf" au début du 19ème siècle. "MUST SEE" IN LAVAL: the old castle over the Mayenne river. The "Pont Vieux" (old brigde) dates from the 13th century, it's the oldest bridge in the city . It remained the only bridge until the construction of the "Pont Neuf" (new bridge) in the early 19th century. "EIN MUSS" IN LAVAL : die alte Burg oberhalb des Flusses Mayenne. Die "Pont Vieux" (alte Brücke) stammt aus dem 13. Jh. und ist die älteste Brücke der Stadt . Bis zum Bau der "Pont Neuf" (neue Brücke) zu Beginn des 19. Jh. blieb sie die einzige Brücke.

1st PLACE - WINNER IN CWP NOVEMBER 2024 Golden Autumn Forest in the Taunus mountains. Entends-tu le bruits des feuilles qui crissent quand on marche dessus ? Forêt d'automne dorée dans les montagnes du Taunus. Hörst du das Rascheln des Laubes, wenn man darüber läuft ? Goldener Herbstwald im Taunus.
