This old boat, seen on the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides has seen better days and looks as if it has been 'Put out to Grass' I have added this today as I too have 'reached the end of the line' as far as my working life is concerned and have just retired. Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset and there is snow on the hills in the distance. This is the point where the River Brue meets the River Parrett, forming part of Bridgwater Bay. There was no water by the jetty and this lone boat was left high and dry and seemed to me to be stuck in the mud.
