Der Sommer geht zu Ende, es wird kühler und regnerischer. Also ideale Bedingungen für viele Pilzarten. Im Bild eine kleine Gruppe von jungen Schopftintlingen (Coprinus comatus) . In diesem Zustand gelten Schopftintlinge als hervorragende Speisepilze. Ich habe sie allerdings noch nie probiert. Der blauschwarze Saft, den ältere Schopftintlinge abgeben (siehe www.ipernity.com/doc/cammino/52091522) , wurde früher als Tinte genutzt. Der Schopftintling ist Pilz des Jahres 2024 ! Der Schopf-Tintling (Coprinus comatus), auch Spargelpilz, Porzellantintling oder Tintenpilz genannt, ist eine Pilzart aus der Familie der Champignonverwandten und jung ein begehrter Speisepilz.
