I'm off to the Valais (Switzerland) today to climb some 4,000-metre peaks together with my wife. There we will see whether the intensive training of the last weeks was sufficiently. (The chart is based on recordings with a Suunto sports watch. It shows the training load (red) and the resulting fitness (grey).)
