Well it was obviously a Rover, but I'd not seen one quite like this before so I had to do some checking. Turns out it's a P4 75 known universally as the Cyclops because of the central lamp, a styling cue left over from the beloved postwar Rover P2 models.

Unsure of the specific model here ... can anyone help?

Seen this a few times. If I won the lottery and could buy any of the cars I've seen and liked at shows, this would be one of the first on the list!
