This tidy Rover caught my eye too, although if I was buying one it would probably be the P5 I'd go for.

Well it was obviously a Rover, but I'd not seen one quite like this before so I had to do some checking. Turns out it's a P4 75 known universally as the Cyclops because of the central lamp, a styling cue left over from the beloved postwar Rover P2 models.

Can't find any record of this with the DVLA so sadly it may be no more.
