This week gone the topic for the Sunday Challenge was to revisit your favourite challenge . Loads to choose from then, but I eventually opted for pareidolia which was the topic a few weeks back. This tree was spotted in Brompton, Northallerton and although the shot has been edited to create a little more drama the tree itself hasn't been 'photoshopped' as some might think or altered in any way ... it really was an angry tree!

Just a little bit of post Halloween scariness for you ... why not go full screen on black, that's if you dare!

Produced for this week's Sunday Challenge , which as you might expect had the theme of Halloween . This is a shot I took of a Halloween costume purchased from our local Wilko store. Although the material looked rather cheap, well it did only cost me £5.00, I liked the mask and felt it offered some real potential for the challenge. So I pinned it carefully to a large tree that stands at the bottom of our garden and took a few snaps before selecting this one to do some processing on. I played about with the levels etc. and added in the eyes using a mixture of PhotoShop and PaintShop Pro to create the final image you see here. For those that are interested in such things you'll find a copy of the original shot in the Notes. And all this goes to prove that ghosts do come out in the daylight ... they just wait for you in the shadows! Please view large ... that's if you dare! ;)

Yet another bit of 'fun' whilst trying to come up with some images for this week's Sunday Challenge . Perhaps hard to believe, but this started out as Crocosmia leaves. There's a copy of the base image, as uploaded a few days ago, to be found in the Notes.
