A portion of the grille of a 1952 or 53 Chevrolet four-door sedan. I had a lovely conversation with the owners of this car at a show n shine event near my home. They were happy to have me photograph their pride and joy from various angles.

In the 1950s car makers used lots of chrome in their designs, and bullet shapes were often part of the grille, such as with this 1953 Mercury. There is also a lively trade among car restorers in vintage licence plates. Many of them used to adorn the walls of barns around Saskatchewan.
