Churches, dedicated to Saint-Martin de Tours, often are very old. Here it is claimed, that a church existed already since the times of Clovis I, but that is just a legend. For sure, a church existed during in the Carolingian times of "Charles th Bald" and a collegiate in the 11th century. The church, seen today is way younger, but still has some Romanesque parts. The (leaning) tower was erected in 1530 - 1537.
