We spent the evening having dinner (and a bottle of chilled rosé) having dinner in the restaurant "Le Grandgousier". It is very convenient, as they have tables outside - under the parasols. "Le Taboulé Ardéchois" Dried (sweet) chestnuts with a mint-espuma in a sauce vinaigrette.
