The former Hafenamt in the center of the Rheinauhafen was erected end of the 19th century. By now it hosts the offices of consultancies, trusts and lawyer companies. Seen to the right is the Bayenturm, a fortified tower erected in the first half of the 13th century. The tower, severely damaged durig WWII, got rebuilt from 1987 on. Today it is sometimes named "FrauenMediaTurm", as the "Feminist movement" has its center here with a large archive about the history of feminism. frauenmediaturm.de
