You are totally right. I do know, that the photo of these balconies is not "correct", but actually I prefer it this way. When this gigantic concret blocks of flats were built in 1972 they got the futuristic name "Damp 2000". - Huge and highrising buildings at the sea got out of fashion over the last decades. So today it is a large clinic for medical rehabilitation.
