The name "Noodle- Village" is a bit misleading. This is a small family-run Vietnamese restaurant, that offers more than the "classic" pho-noodle-soups. Here is s soup with rice noodles, bean sprouts, pork, shrimp, octopus and quail eggs. Following the notes I took, the name is "Hu Tieu Nam Vang Tron".
