Since more than a decade Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux hosts the "Saint Paul Soul Jazz" festival Spanish guitarist Telmo Fernandez, who had been on this stage with Phil Wilkinson in 2015 with Chip Wickham´s "Blue Mode", was back with a trio (and a new hairdo).
