This was another early cluniac priory in the "Montagne bourbonnaise", dating back to the XI century. It offered support and security to the pilgrims, following the Chemin de St-Jacques, that run through the valley. All buildings of the priory, and the second half of the church Saint-Léger, built light-coloured lime stones got lost. One of the few corbels under the roof tiles depicts this sunbathing, bearded man. Fallen asleep.
