The construction of the modest church in Biozat startet 1140. At that time the church belonged to a castle, that does not exist any more. The building seems very intact, only the little sacristy on the right seems to be an extension of the 19th century.

The construction of the modest church in Biozat startet 1140. At that time the church belonged to a castle, that does not exist any more. The church has a central nave, two aisles - and was undergoing a 225.578,22€ renovation (TTC) in spring 2010. Money well spent. Please note the coloured 12th century capitals and the paintings.
