This little russian-orthodoxe church, downtown Nice, was consecrated 1860. So the parish "St. Nicolas de Nice", that was founded here celebrated it´s 150th birthday in 2010. Having the strong support of the russian Tsar Nicholas II, the parish later built the great Cathedral Saint Nicolas, that got consecrated 1912.
