The church of Deol once was part of of the Abbaye de Déols, one of the oldest "filia" of the Cluny-abbey. The lady in the tourist-office gave us two keys to open the two crypts, where we found the sacrophages of St. Leocade and Saint Lude.

...where we found one sarcophag in each crypt. Probably of roman origin, now the shrines of the relics of Saint Leocard and his friend Saint Lucre.....
