We spent the evening having dinner (and a bottle of chilled rosé) having dinner in the restaurant "Le Grandgousier". It is very convenient, as they have tables outside - under the parasols. "Autour du Picodon" Picodon is a local goat-cheese. It was served warm with honey and thyme, breaded ("bonbon") and as espuma.
