Jammin' after midnight

So some folks were here at the house see. Around nine or so I tapped a keg of the spring bock ale that I'd brewed see. Had some Jethro Tull playin' on the box see. 'round eleven or so Gareth grabbed the guitar. Princess pulled out her harmonica. I had my khomus and my alto recorder,... turned off Jethro and just jammed! This work is still on the easel and will probably change quite a bit, maybe even morph into something completely different -but for now, here's Jammin'! Oh yea, we emptied the keg. Hey, it was a little keg! ;-) Acrylic on 24 by 24 inch wood panel.

I was born in Ohio, raised in Florida, lived in NYC for 5 years and that was a good reason to move to rural Alaska. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy big cities, -but for no more than a week at a time!! Acrylic on panel

Much of my winter painting tends toward soft, pastel like, colors and shades. That's actually the way the world looks from here atop it, as the sun, when it's up is low in the sky. Acrylic on panel
