I brewed Saturday. First you plant the barley, harvest it malt it and, and, and... OK I didn't go quite that far back in brewing this beer. I did buy the malted barley but I then ground it, mashed it, boiled etc. and now here the beer in in the fermenter where the yeast are turning the sugars in to alcohol. In about a week it will be ready to keg and bottle. So, none the less, no matter what our dear leader says, I DID build this beer! -grin- & oh, I have planted barley, I have malted barley but others do so far far better than I do.
