Now, is this increased reporting a case of greater awareness of the facility to report poor / anti-social behaviour, or are older teenagers dealing with the problem in other ways ? Smart phone dependency makes online abuse / bullying far too easy, and allows those poor / anti-social behaviours to spread into the real world. And these phones & their running costs [data plans] are not cheap. . not my image : fair use & public information.
