This is a vintage, over-sized postcard for the charming looking Lookout Mountain Courts. “A quiet spot on the top of Lookout Mountain – Six miles from Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is a veritable haven for the weary tourist. The white stucco cottages of the courts are located in a peaceful pine grove well away from the noise and turmoil of any city. Each of the rooms is beautifully appointed with private bath, twin beds, radio and telephone. Delicious meals are served in the Snack Bar or in the Court’s tearoom. The Lookout Mountain Courts is situated at the center of all the points of attraction on the mountain. Jim Glascock, with Chief, his German shepherd, will always welcome your arrival at the Lookout Mountain Courts. You will be sorry to leave and long to return to this haven on high.” Potmarked 1951.
