The idea of peace has eluded humanity throughout history. At least one can sit on one of the benches in this small plaza and contemplate a world without war. This photo was taken by a Kowa Super 66 medium format film camera and KOWA 1:3.5/55mm lens with a Zenza Bronica 67mm SY48•2C(Y2) filter using Kodak T-MAX 100 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.

Bufano's statue of Saint Francis of Assisi greets visitors to the Robert Mondavi Winery. St. Francis loved animals, but I think he may have also had tender feelings for the noble grape . . . This photo was taken by a Kowa/SIX medium format film camera with a KOWA LENS-S 1:3.5/150mm lens using Kodak Portra 400 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.
