This is the view of the House at the end of the 20-minute walk from the Welcome Centre. Over to the right, just out of shot, is a winding pathway that is quite steep. Or, you can walk up over the grass as this couple with their dog are doing. The other alternative is to walk through lots of trees off to the left, again just out of shot, that is slightly less steep. I favour this third option :-) Maybe view on black, please :-) There is clearly a 'hound dog' here and that makes it easy for me to choose "Hound Dog" by Elvis for 'Sight & Sound' :-) Added to Sight and Sound : Pictures & Music ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪ Listen here ~ Hound Dog - Elvis Presley

Explored! Thank you very much :-) Added to Sight and Sound : Pictures & Music ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪ Listen here ~ Love Song to a Stranger ~ Joan Baez I initially thought this was three peoples sitting on this bench but clearly it is a dog in the middle and clearly the lady loves the dog very much :-) A slightly tenuous link for 'Sight and Sound' but it is a 'Love' song :-) The song, written by Joan Baez, features on her 1972 album "Come from the Shadows". One of my fave albums and, in my opinion, the song has to be one of the most beautiful love songs ever written :-)

Explored! Thank you very much :-) HAPPY FENCE FRIDAY, ALL I'm also adding my photo to 'Sight and Sound' because this is a horsebox and the song that came to mind was "Wild Horse Road" by John Stewart :-) Before John passed away he regularly visited the UK. I have always regretted only seeing him once 'Live in Concert'. Added to ~ Sight and Sound : Pictures & Music ♫ ♪ ♪ ♫ Listen here ~ Wild Horse Road ~ John Stewart

Doggy

At the West Wycombe Fete I wandered off and took some shots of a polo match in a nearby field. The dog in this shot was running around having a great time. When I started to walk back to the Fete the dog followed me!! When I got to the Lake in West Wycombe Park the dog jumped into the Lake next to me!! And, every time I moved along the edge of the Lake the dog followed :-))) I thought I should take a few shots and this is one of them. There was a lot of ‘stuff’ in the Lake and I hope that none of it was hazardous to the health of the dog!!
