Uploaded for the Vintage Photos Theme Park theme of: SWINGS AND HAMMOCKS From an album given to me by a library patron. Taken in July of 1917 - New York or New Jersey. Below is another swing photo, taken by me in 1966, of my friend Jackie at the Clinton Avenue School playground, Fair Haven, CT. We are both 12 years old and will be going into 7th grade that fall.

School Photo - 1966

I'm In the States now - I have no school photos for 5th or 6th grade. This is the beginning of 7th grade in 1966. I'm 12. Clearly I'm over-compensating for my earlier horridly short bangs - a happy medium would have been nice - I look like a lanky sheepdog.

Me with Dolls, 1964

Brought forward (again) and catching up (late again) for the Vintage Photo Theme Park theme of: DOLLS We had recently arrived from England and our toys, shipped earlier, had not yet cleared Customs. We moved upstairs from another English family who had come 7 years earlier - they became our "relatives" and their daughter, "my cousin" who was 3 years older gave me these dolls. But I did the dressing up! I am ten years old here. Brought forward for the Vintage Photos Theme Park theme of "children with toys."

Nicholas in Whisper - Rice Field, 1973

More random pictures from my closet cleaning. My brother Nicholas in 1973, playing in his band Whisper and wearing his custom leather pants. He might have been wearing his immense platform shoes too but sadly we can't see those. Michael was the singer - love the silver shirt.

i suppose this is not technically a found picture. It was given to me by a high school friend who knew I collected old photographs and found this in her grandmother's attic when she (the grandmother) passed away. The youngest girl is my friend's adopted mother's mother. On the back I wrote "Regents, New Haven" Given to me in New Haven Connecticut in the early 1970's.
