You couldn't accuse anyone here of "over the top costumes." My father in law is in the 1944 sweater, and my mother- in- law law next to him in the white shirt. I am not able to read anything on the sign but "Halloween Custom" and "Lollypops and Candy" Can anyone else make out the rest of the worlds?
