She also has a scalloped and fur trimmed short cape, leather gloves (at least one) a tartan scarf and a hat with feathers or some sort of decoration. I'm guessing this is late 1860 or earlier 1870s - would love to hear opinions. Found in Ferrisburgh, Vermont.
