One of the better preserved stretches.

Its position on this steep slope perhaps indicates two things. Firstly, rain water rushes down here contributing to erosion. Secondly, people found the stones too useful in situ to help with tackling the slope and so they were less tempted than on the flatter sections to take the stones for their own use.
