I was working the day of the eclipse at school. I was painting a room but kept my eye on the time. I joined all the kids out on the play area with there home made solar filters that showed the sun on the white paper below. As I had my camera I spotted nature's own pinhole filter the leaves on the trees down the path. I was able to see the solar eclipse for real as one person had a set of real sun filters so you could look at the sun. We got to see a crescent like moon. I kick myself not ever buying a solar filter for my camera set up. You can be sure that will be coming up soon.

Sorry I will be very missing I am moving house for the next week and a bit. I am only on phone tether all internet has been cut off this house and the new one has yet to be put on. I hope I remember next week to open.
