Instead notifying you that someone has made you a contact, the new message from Flickr is that you are being followed by that person. The message is a bit creepy and is consistent with the "quality" of their "improvements."

This latest change sounds more like stalking - or something out of the cold war and very "cloak and dagger" ...........
and that place is looking worse every time I have to go back there (I just dump uploads for free storage / back-up!).
Ipernity is the right place for me to be, no doubt about it !
